Japanese Korokke Recipe – Potato Croquette Recipe

Croquette or Japanese korokke is a food and people of all ages like in Japan. Korokke has ben popular for one hundred years. Korokke originated from Dutchor French croquette. Japanese korokke is found at many stores in this country frozen or hot and cripsy.

Ingredients :


3 Potatoes
125 Grams ChickenJar
100 grams cheddar cheese
125 grams ground beef
½ gren onion minced
A spoonful milk
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon blackpaper

1 cup of flour
2 eggs
1 cup of crumbs bread

Instuctions


Peel potatoes.

Cut into 6 pieces each

Then put into 1 tablespoon salt and cook in boiling water until soft to potatoes (about half an hour, simmer 30 minutes)

When Potatoes are soft, take it and let the boiled Potatoes cool completely

Take the cool potatoes in a bowl and add on it 125 grams ground beef, 100 grams cheddar cheese (planed) ½ gren onion minced, A spoonful milk and a teaspoon blackpaper.

Mix together very well and make oval patties

Coat with firstly four, then eggs, finally Brad cumbs (panko)

Fry the patties (korokke) forabout 5 minutes each side
