- 100 grams of melted butter
- 1 bowl of dill
Instructions for Dill Pastry Recipe:
1. Begin by mixing the instant yeast, warm milk, and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
2. Add 1 egg white and 1 teaspoon of salt to the well-mixed mixture and continue to stir.
3. Then, add 2.5 cups of flour and one packet of baking powder and start kneading. Finally, add 10 grams of melted butter and 1 bowl of finely chopped dill, and knead well.
4. You will obtain a non-sticky dough. After obtaining the dough with these ingredients, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise for half an hour.
5. After half an hour, you will see that the dough has risen magnificently and is elastic. Then, tear off pieces of dough the size of a large walnut, add cheese inside, and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. In this recipe, we used cottage cheese, but you can use the type of cheese you prefer, such as goat cheese or cottage cheese.
6. Brush the tops of the pastries with egg yolk, and optionally, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Then, place them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes.
