Instructions for Making Swiss Roll:
- For homemade Swiss roll, start by separating the egg yolks from the egg whites. Add 50 grams of sugar to the egg yolks and whisk.

- Add 70 grams of sugar to the egg whites and whisk until it forms stiff peaks.

- If the white mixture doesn't flow when you flip the bowl, it's at the right consistency. Then, pour the yolks mixture onto the whites and gently fold from bottom to top without deflating the foam.

- Sift in 90 grams of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder, then fold gently.

- Take a portion of the batter and mix it with 50 grams of vegetable oil and 50 grams of milk in a separate bowl.

- Add this mixture to the main batter and mix well.

- Pour the Swiss roll batter onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread it thinly, ensuring even height.

- Tap the tray to remove air bubbles and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.

- Remove the cake from the oven, immediately take off the parchment paper, and trim the edges. Cut one edge diagonally.

- Make crosswise cuts at a 45-degree angle at about 1-inch intervals.

- Spread cherry jam or your preferred filling and roll it up.

- Let it chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving. Enjoy your meal!
