Indgredients for Fellah Meatball Recipe
Fine Boulgour (Fin) or crached wheat (burghul) 2.5 water glasses
2 water glases of hot water
2 cup of flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon tomatos juice
1 spoonful salt (tablespoon)
1 teaspoon black paper
1 teaspoon cumin
For sauce
3 table spoon olive oil
5 tomatos (planed)
garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
Preparation
- Firstly pour hot water (2 water glases) in the thin crached wheat. Mix together well. Then close the top with a tray and stay closed for 10 minutes.
- After the 10 minutes it will be swell.
- Put 2 cup of flour, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon tomatos juice, 1 spoonful salt,1 teaspoon black paper and 1 teaspoon cumin into the sweell crached wheat.
- Knead with your hands.
- Give the shape of a small round ball.
- Boil the roast in boiling water for about 20 minutes.
- Baking meatballs(fellah), lets go to the make tomato sauce.
- After the oil has warmed, add garlic powder and tomatoes. Then cook beautifully.
- Steamed boiled water and put them into the pyrex.
- Pour over the sauce.
- Serve hot Bon apatit !
