Supangle Recipe Ingredients

5 glasses of milk
3 tablespoons of flour
3 tablespoons of cocoa
5 tablespoons of granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
1 glass of ice water
2 spoonful butter
1 pack of dark chocolate (80 grams)


- Mix milk, flour, cocoa powder, sugar, egg yolk and start cooking stirring constantly.

- Once it starts boiling, take it off the stove.

- Add chocolate and butter stir well.

- Let the supangle cool down in the pot stirring every 3-4 minutes.

- Cover the bottom of bowls with which you will serve the Turkish pudding supangle with a layer of cake, cookie, or biscuit.

- Pour 1 glass of ice water into the cooled pudding and stir well with mixer.

- Pour the pudding you've been cooling down into the bowls.

 - Decorate the tops with pistachio, coconut or almonds.
