It is now very
easy to make soft flavor marshmallows at home with this recipe. You will be able to make the delicious
marshmallow marshmallow, which is especially loved by children, with your own
ingredients at home and you will be able to feed it to your loved ones safely.
How to make marshmallows at home
60 grams of
water
1 lemon
Powdered sugar
for dusting
10 grams of
gelatin
220 grams of
granulated sugar
60 grams of
water
3 drops of food
coloring (optional)
Homemade marshmallow recipe
- Mix 10 grams of
gelatin with 60 grams of water and heat until it liquefies.
- Cook on the
stove until the juice of 1 lemon and 60 grams of water boils in 220 grams of
sugar.
- Take the gelatin in a bowl and start
whisking. Slowly add the syrup while
whisking with the mixer.
- Beat for about
10 minutes until you get the consistency of whipped cream.
-Cover the bottom and sides of the container
you will place with cling film and lubricate them separately. The marshmallow mix is sticky so we cover
it for easy removal.
- When the
marshmallow mixture reaches the desired consistency, add 3 drops of food
coloring and beat for 1 more minute.
- Pour it into
the mold you prepared and fix it.
- Let it rest in
the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
-After it solidifies
in the refrigerator, sprinkle some powdered sugar on the bottom and remove the
marshmallow on it.
-Cut it into
cubes and dip each piece in powdered sugar, then it's ready to serve. Enjoy
your meal.
