If you have mushrooms and chicken on hand, one of the easiest and most practical dishes you can make is the mushroom chicken sauté recipe. It's incredibly convenient and equally tasty, making for a satisfying and straightforward recipe. Additionally, chicken pairs exceptionally well with mushrooms, which is why mushroom dishes are commonly seasoned with chicken.

Ingredients:
- Chicken breast
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of margarine
- Salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes
- 6-7 mushrooms
- 2 green peppers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of tomato paste

Instructions:
1. Start by melting 2 tablespoons of margarine in a large pan. Then, add the diced chicken breast and sauté.
2. After sautéing the chicken for 1-2 minutes, add chopped or grated garlic and onion. I prefer grating them.
3. Once you've sautéed for another 1-2 minutes, add the diced peppers and mushrooms.
4. While the sauté is cooking, add the grated or chopped tomatoes (I prefer using grated tomatoes as I don't like the skins). Add salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, then cover with a lid.
5. When the chicken and tomatoes are cooked, your chicken sauté is ready to serve. Leaving it a bit juicy makes it even more delicious. Enjoy your meal!
