Home-Made Melon Ice Cream Recipe



Ingredients:
- Quarter of a melon
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 200 grams of cream (1 packet)
- 1 cup of powdered sugar

Instructions:
1. First, puree the melon.
2. Mix the pureed melon with one cup of powdered sugar.
3. Then, put the mixture on the stove with one cup of milk, and cook it over medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
4. After the mixture thickens, add one tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with cold milk, and cook for an additional 2 minutes before removing from the heat.
5. Add one packet of cream to the cooked melon mixture and blend for about 3 minutes.
6. Place the mixture in the deep freezer, and after 6 hours, it will be ready to serve.

This melon ice cream recipe doesn't include eggs, whipped cream, flour, or salep. There's no need to repeatedly take it out of the freezer to whisk, and it doesn't contain any additives!
