Easy and Delicious No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Recipe



You can easily make this incredibly practical and equally delicious cheesecake using this recipe without using an oven and without eggs.

Ingredients for Oreo Cheesecake:

- 14 pieces of Oreo cookies
- 4 grams of gelatin
- 20 grams of water
- 200 grams of cream cheese
- 200 grams of cream
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 40 grams of melted butter

Instructions:

1. Start by separating the white creamy part and the cookie part of 14 Oreo cookies. Crush the black cookie part finely in a food processor. Then add 40 grams of melted butter and mix well.

2. Spread the buttery cookie crumbs on the base of an 18 cm cake mold. You can use a small baking dish. Let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.

3. Add 20 grams of water to 4 grams of gelatin and let it sit for 15 minutes.

4. After 15 minutes, the gelatin will set. Place the bowl with the gelatin in another bowl or plate filled with hot water and stir the gelatin with a toothpick. The gelatin will dissolve.

5. Add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 200 grams of cream cheese to the white part of the Oreo cookies and mix well. Once these three are thoroughly mixed, gradually add the dissolved gelatin while stirring. After the gelatin is well incorporated into the cheesy mixture, whip 200 grams of cream with a mixer and add it to this mixture. Mix thoroughly.

6. Pour the mixture onto the base that has been resting in the refrigerator and level it. Finally, sprinkle about 20 grams of crushed Oreo cookies on top of the cheesecake and smooth it out. Let it sit in the refrigerator like this for 3 hours. Optionally, you can take it out of the refrigerator and serve it, or like us, you can add an "Oreo" design with powdered sugar on top.
