For our little ones who adore the cartoon characters PJ Masks, you can easily create a PJ Masks birthday cake by watching this video. The key point in this sugar fondant PJ Masks cake recipe is rolling the fondant very thinly and layering the shaped fondant pieces on top of each other with the help of a sugar-water mixture.

For the sponge cake:

- 5 eggs
- 1 cup of flour
- Half a cup of lukewarm water
- 1.5 cups of powdered sugar
- Half a cup of starch
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder

For the filling:

- 4 packets of chocolate
- 1 packet of cream
- One box of cream stabilizer

For the topping, we used fondant in 7 different colors. Here is the step-by-step recipe for the PJ Masks cake:

- When 200 grams of heavy cream starts boiling, add 320 grams of chocolate, turn off the heat, and stir until the chocolate is melted. Let the ganache sauce cool.

- Add a box of cream stabilizer to the cooled sauce and whip. Optionally, you can add chopped nuts and pistachios.

- Separate the yolks and whites of 5 eggs and distribute 1.5 cups of powdered sugar evenly.

- Add a pinch of salt to the whites and whip for 5 minutes.

- Beat the yolks thoroughly, then add half a tea cup of hot water and continue to beat.

- Sift 1 cup of flour, half a cup of starch, 2 packets of vanilla sugar, and 1 packet of baking powder, then add to the mixture. Mix from bottom to top without deflating the foam.

- Pour the mixture into a 22 cm springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.

- Roll out each color of fondant on a surface dusted with starch.

- After the sponge cake cools down, slice it into 3 layers and moisten each layer with milk. Spread the chocolate filling on each layer. You can also add sliced fruits if you like.

- Cover the cake with light blue colored fondant. Roll out the other colors and cut out building shapes for PJ Masks. Attach them to the sides of the cake using the sugar-water mixture.

- Finally, cut out PJ Masks heroes from a magazine, attach them with toothpicks, and place them on top of the cake.

You've created a delightful birthday cake! Making this homemade PJ Masks cake will cost much less than buying one. Your kids will absolutely love it.
