Delicious Starbucks Carrot Cake Recipe with Cinnamon and Walnut Flavors




Ingredients for Starbucks Carrot Cake:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 2 grated carrots

Instructions for Making Starbucks Carrot Cake:
1. Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes, to make wonderfully fluffy cakes for all cake and pastry recipes.

2. Once the egg and sugar mixture reaches a mayonnaise-like consistency and turns pale, add the vegetable oil and whisk again.

3. Sift in the flour, baking powder, vanilla, baking soda, turmeric, and cinnamon.

4. Add the walnuts and grated carrots, then mix with a non-metallic whisk. Using a non-metallic whisk helps achieve a better rise after the flour is added.
