One of the most delicious and practical ways to satisfy your sweet cravings is with a recipe for chocolate soufflé. If you don't have a soufflé dish at home or don't want to bother with baking in the oven, we're sharing a very practical recipe that can be prepared in minutes.
Making chocolate soufflé in a pot takes about 7 minutes and the ingredients are very straightforward. For the pot-baked chocolate soufflé recipe, you'll need:
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- Half a bar of chocolate (40 grams)
- 8 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
Instructions:
1. Whisk 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 egg white until it becomes creamy.
2. Add milk and vegetable oil to the mixture and continue whisking.
3. Add flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, melted chocolate (melted using a double boiler), and cocoa powder.
4. Once all the ingredients are mixed, pour the soufflé batter into heat-resistant cups or mugs.
5. Place the cups in a pot with about 2 cm of boiling water, cover the pot with a clean cloth, and then put the lid on. Cook for approximately 12 minutes.
6. If you prefer a gooey center, 10 minutes of cooking should be sufficient.
7. To serve, dust powdered sugar on top of the chocolate soufflés.
Note: Placing a towel over the pot prevents condensation from dripping back onto the soufflés and potentially affecting their rise.
Enjoy your delicious homemade chocolate soufflé without the need for a soufflé dish or the hassle of using an oven!
