Delicious Bread Recipe with Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds, Enhanced with Healthy Turmeric



Here is our recipe for a delicious bread enriched with pumpkin and sunflower seeds, and flavored with one of the most beneficial spices, turmeric. By following this recipe, you can easily make a vitamin-rich and healthy homemade bread.

Ingredients for Turmeric Bread Recipe:
- Approximately 6 cups of flour (the quantity may vary depending on the quality of the flour)
- 2.5 cups of water
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- Pumpkin and sunflower seed filling
- Yogurt and breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions for Turmeric Bread Recipe:
1. Mix 6 cups of flour, 1 tablespoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of turmeric thoroughly.

2. Make a well in the center and add 2.5 cups of water and 1 packet of instant yeast. Knead well, cover, and let it rise.

3. After 1 hour, knead a little and let it rise for about 2 more hours.

4. Before placing the dough in the oven, add a handful of pumpkin and sunflower seeds and knead.

5. Then, place the dough in a round, deep baking dish with a greased pan or parchment paper. Make a deep slash on top of the dough.

6. Spread yogurt on top and sprinkle breadcrumbs.

7. Finally, add sunflower seed filling on top.

8. After letting it rest in the pan for 20 minutes (for tray yeast), bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes with the lid on. Remove the lid for the last 15 minutes.

9. Place a separate dish of water in the oven while the bread bakes.

10. After removing from the oven, wipe the bread with a damp cloth and then wrap it in a cloth and let it cool.
