Ingredients for Yogurt Water Bread Recipe:
- 6 cups of flour (the amount may vary depending on the quality of the flour)
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 2.5 cups of yogurt water
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric (optional)
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar

Yogurt Water Bread Preparation:
- Make a well in the center of 6 cups of flour and add 2.5 cups of yogurt water, 1 packet of instant yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1.5 teaspoons of salt, and optionally, 1 teaspoon of turmeric. Start kneading.

- Knead until you obtain a dough that doesn't stick to your hands. It's okay if the dough is slightly sticky. Leave the covered dough to rise for about 2 hours.

- After the dough has risen, punch it down and knead it again to remove any air bubbles.

- Divide the dough in half and shape each into a loaf. You'll get 2 loaves of bread from the yogurt water.

- Make deep cuts lengthwise on the loaves with a knife. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush yogurt on top for a nice golden crust. Before brushing, add a few drops of vinegar to the yogurt to make the crust crispier.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about half an hour.

- Slice the freshly baked bread and serve. Enjoy your meal!

We used turmeric as a spice in this bread recipe using yogurt water. It gave the bread a nice yellow color. Using turmeric is optional, but it's quite beneficial. Also, because of its color, you'll feel like you've made cornbread. The taste of the bread is truly amazing thanks to the yogurt water. When you spread butter on it while it's still warm, you won't be able to get enough of it.

If you don't have yogurt water at home, you can easily obtain it by straining yogurt through a cheesecloth. Yogurt is a very important food for human health, and while using it in bread, you'll want to make your own bread at home instead of buying it ready-made.

If your yogurt has become watery at home or if you're wondering what to do with yogurt water, this bread recipe is the perfect option for you. You'll have cheerful breakfasts with sourdough-like bread and crispy loaves.
