To roll them out, lightly sprinkle flour on your countertop and let the dough sit for 15-20 minutes after taking it out of the refrigerator.
3. Ironing the yufka: To iron the yufka, lightly sprinkle flour on both sides and spread it out on a large table or countertop. Then, place wax paper under and over the yufka. We will be rolling out the yufka between two sheets of wax paper.
