Ingredients for Frying Red Mullet in Oil:
- 1 kilogram of cleaned and washed red mullet fish
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- Corn flour for coating
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil

2. Cook the fish on one side for about 3.5 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for another 3.5 minutes. This totals to recommended 7 minutes of cooking time.
