To easily prepare the indispensable rose dessert recipe at home, our video has been detailed for you. By enriching ready-made rose leaves with milky and rose-flavored syrup, you can achieve an extremely practical recipe.
Ingredients for Strawberry Garnished Rose Dessert:
For the Syrup:
- 3.5 cups of granulated sugar
- 2 liters of milk
- A quarter tea cup of rose water
In Between Layers:
- Chopped walnuts
Rose Dessert Recipe Preparation:
- Add a quarter tea cup of rose water and 3.5 cups of granulated sugar to 2 liters of milk, cook until the sugar dissolves, and remove from heat.
- Cool the syrup to 40 degrees Celsius, similar to when fermenting yogurt. To check if it's at the right temperature, you should be able to hold your finger in the milk for 7 seconds.
- Pour 2 ladles of milky rose dessert syrup onto the dish.
- Place one rose leaf on top and pour 1 ladle of milk over it.
- Repeat the same process for each layer.
- When you reach the 5th layer, add plenty of chopped walnuts.
- When you reach the 9th layer, add chopped walnuts again, for a total of 12 layers.
- After it cools, decorate the top as you like, slice, and serve. We used strawberries for garnish. Enjoy your meal!
